Hey B. the E., I am sad I'm not eating spicy-carrot omelets in a cabin in the woods with you right now. But this is "the way it's gotta be." I actually went to high school with Waldo from Where's Waldo. We all called him "Wally," too. I don't have a camera, but my office has a scanner! I think you'd dig FP. My middle school Latin teacher, a charmingly goofy/clumsy Waldo-looking chap (as in “Where’s Waldo”–have you read that book? I actually knew him as “Wally” bc my then-Sydney-based godmother got the Aussie version for me) once gave me a list of novels-to-read, and FP was at the very top. Still haven’t gotten to it, and would trade a cabin in the woods ferit now. I’ve enjoyed finding similar notes in used bookstore-bought books, always big fun. Thanks for taking this down. You also revealed several things in this blogpost… most important, perhaps, is the fact that you have a digital camera. More original photos on this blog, and ten more posts in this vein, I beseech!
